Carson Rogers
Carson, originally from Columbia, TN, attended Lipscomb University and the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. After working at a law firm in 2014, he joined Phoenix. He is now a Divisional Leader and has exceeded $8,000,000 in lifetime AV, while his team has issued over $225,000,000 of lifetime AV.

Josiah, a native of Madison, AL, embarked on his professional journey after graduating from Lipscomb University. While initially venturing into the field of accounting, Josiah soon realized his passion for sales. Joining Phoenix Consulting in April 2017, Josiah has emerged as a top performer, leveraging his expertise to help countless clients find health insurance plans tailored to their needs. With a personal lifetime AV exceeding $4 million, Josiah has also demonstrated exceptional leadership by managing a team that has collectively written over $40 million. His dedication to client satisfaction and unparalleled achievements highlight his invaluable contributions to Phoenix Consulting's success.
Lindsey Limerick
Lindsey is from Chattanooga, TN. She graduated from the University of Tennessee Knoxville with a degree in broadcasting and began working for a news station once she completed her degree. She then decided to move to Nashville, TN and has always had a passion for helping people. She found that she had a greater ability to help others and grow her income through a sales-oriented role. In 2018, she began working for Phoenix and has now grown into a role as a Satellite/Divisional Leader. She has surpassed over $3 million personal lifetime AV with a team that has issued more than $65,000,000 of lifetime AV.
Summer Cottrell
Summer Cottrell joined Phoenix Consulting in 2020, a challenging time amidst the global pandemic. With a solid foundation in business studies and seven years of hands-on experience in the demanding environment of restaurant management, she brought a unique perspective to the team. Despite the difficulties posed by the pandemic, she quickly adapted and demonstrated exceptional dedication and drive. In her first full year, she achieved the significant milestone of producing over one million dollars' worth of business for the company. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she's known for her passion for music and her love for spending quality time with her canine companion.
